One of the current projects we have going on right now is creating an iPhone version of Read Racer.
Read Racer is an app to help you practice speed reading by letting you quickly flip through a book from Project Gutenburg. It has done okay on Android, but since it was coded in Java (the native language for Android) it won’t work on iPhone.
So, we are converting to Corona SDK. We do a lot of Corona SDK work at the moment. It’s a nice framework for cross-platform work. Some apps like Ear Spy need native coding, but others can be done in a framework like Corona so it will work on iPhone and Android. Viral, one of our developers, is doing a great job with this.
I’ll let you know when it is available on iTunes. Just a heads up that Read Racer is on its way.
