Overpass is run by developers, so we look for overseas developers with the highest coding standards. We want to make sure you are happy with the quality of our developers.

The goal of every Overpass software project is to produce software quality that makes it easy for anyone in your organisation or another company to easily maintain the code when we are finished with it. We take any coding conventions you might have and apply them to your project.

However, we realise that the evaluation of code quality can sometimes be very subjective. It could be that a developer in your organisation has reviewed the code and, after making suggestions to correct any problems via the secure forum, decides that current developers are not living up to your standards.

If you are unhappy with a developer on a project, we can swap that developer for a different one.

If you are unhappy with any of the code you see being produced on your project, you can take the source code that has been developed to date and pay only for the work that has been done.

Our goal is to give you 100% flexibility. This is no different than having a developer sitting in your very own building.
